WATER SERVICE CONNECTIONS
The owner of the property where the water service connection will be installed, or his/her authorized representative.
The customer submits the new connection requirements and completes/signs the Water Meter Application Form and Contract for Water Service.
a. 2 government issued valid IDs of the unit owner and 2 government issued valid IDs of the authorized representative.
b. Any of the following:
– Permit to Occupy
– Notice of Acceptance
– Authority to Move in
a. Certificate of title.
b. Request letter for additional meter installation.
c. Two government issued valid IDs.
You can submit your application at any BP Waterworks office.
Office hours:
Monday to Friday – 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Saturday – 8:00 am to 11:00 am
*Except holiday and company activities
HIGH WATER BILL
Among the possible reasons for unexpected increases in your water billings are:
- Higher water usage due to increased number of users inside the household.
- Leakage after the water meter (inside the property).
- Unregulated usage or consumption.
- Defective water meter (fast moving due to wear and tear).
DISCONNECTION
– Customers may still receive a Notice of Disconnection thru SMS if payment is made after the due date. If payment has been made, you may please disregard this notice of disconnection.
– A notice may also be sent if the account number used for payment is incorrect. Please verify your account details and contact us to have it corrected.
– Failure to pay on or before the disconnection date.
– Presence of illegal connection.
For a request for voluntary disconnection of water service, a written request letter and a valid ID of the unit owner must be submitted. The unit owner is required to fully settle any outstanding balance on his/her account, along with a service fee of ₱200.00.
SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNT
Senior citizen customers consuming 30 cubic meters or less are entitled to a 5% discount in accordance with the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010.
Note: The water bill account must be under the name of the senior citizen.
Requirements:
- Senior Citizen ID (OSCA) (Photocopy).
- Proof of residence / Statement of Account (Photocopy).
- Other Valid IDs (Photocopy).
- Duly accomplished application form.
